To make 1 gal. use 1/2 lb. diet + 1 gal. heavy syrup by weight. Mix well until powder goes into solution.

PATTIES

Mix 1 part powder by weight + 1.7 parts heavy syrup by weight. Let soak overnight and make into patty.
